Public offer
1. General provisions
1.1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official offer by the Self—employed Zimin V.V. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of digital products (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") on the terms set out below.
1.2. The purchase of Products is carried out remotely through a website created on the Tilda platform using a payment system.
1.3. Payment by the Buyer for the selected Product means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the selected digital product after payment, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the selected Product.
2.2. The following digital products are available on the Seller's website:
"Weekly Planner"
"Financial Planner"
"Habit Tracker"
3-in-1 kit (including all of the above products)
2.3. Access to the Products is provided in the form of a link to a Google Spreadsheet or other digital file intended for personal use.

3. Price and payment procedure
3.1. The cost of each Product is indicated on the Seller's website at the time of placing the order.
3.2. Payment is made through the payment system connected to the website.
3.3. After successful payment, the Buyer is automatically granted access to the purchased Product.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The Seller undertakes to:
provide access to the selected Product after payment confirmation;
to ensure the technical feasibility of using the Product.
4.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
use the Product only for personal purposes;
do not distribute, copy, sell or transfer the Product or access to it to third parties;
do not place the Product in the public domain on the Internet.

5. Features of the digital product
5.1. The Products are digital and provided electronically.
5.2. After granting access, no refund is made, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3. To use the Products, you may need a Google account and access to the Google Tables service.

6. Term and termination of the agreement
6.1. Access to the purchased Product is provided to the Buyer indefinitely after payment.
6.2. The Contract is considered concluded from the moment of receipt of payment for the selected Product.

7. Final provisions
7.1. All disputes arising under this Offer are resolved through negotiations, and if it is impossible to reach an agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. This Offer is public and is valid until it is withdrawn by the Seller.
7.3. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website.
